- Using simple 'profiling' to aid the process of influencing with integrity
- Identifying the traits of an effective communicator
- Learn how to listen at three levels
- Practice interpersonal skills
- Counter personal objections to your proposals before they arise

- Learn how to use and apply 'body language' to reinforce your spoken message
- Use basic hypnotic language to reinforce your case
